Western Terminus/Route 10 Project Area Virtual and In-Person Public Events and Comment Period thru Dec 5th
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites you to participate in public events to review revised improvement alternatives for the US 30 Bypass Western Terminus/Route 10 Project Area in Sadsbury and West Sadsbury Townships in Chester County. The Western Terminus/Route 10 Project Area (Section 10) is one of a series of projects that will upgrade and reconstruct the US 30 Bypass in Chester County.
A virtual public meeting was hosted online on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM. The project team gave a 30-minute presentation on revised alternatives, followed by a question and answer period.

An open house plans display event was hosted on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Coatesville Moose Lodge, where project boards were displayed to share the same revised alternatives as the virtual meeting. The project team explained the materials and answered questions.
Comment forms were collected at the in-person event. Comment forms will be accepted online on the project website through Friday, December 5, 2025 to gather further public input. The online comment form can be accessed here.

As a result of the feedback received from public involvement events in the fall of 2024, PennDOT and the project team have completed further evaluations and offer revised alternatives for public review and comment which can be reviewed by clicking here. This is the same information presented during the virtual meeting and the in-person open house plans display.
